How to make an easy low-calorie smoothie

Strawberry, oatmeal and yogurt smoothie

One of our favorite breakfast choices are smoothies, not just because they are quick and easy to make, but because of their health benefits, specially if it contain ingredients like: oatmeal, a high-protein cereal, or sesame, a really good source of calcium. You can ask for this recipe at Xplor like an “Amphibious” smoothie, one of our Xplorers’ favorite.

To make this at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

-1 Tablespoon of natural yogurt

-1/2 Cup of frozen strawberries

-1 Tablespoon of granola

-1 Tablespoon of sesame

-2 Tablespoons of oatmeal

-1/2 Cup of milk

-6 Almonds

Add the milk and the yogurt in a blender, then put the rest of the ingredients and blend up. If you want to make it a little sweeter, you can add sugar. Pour it up in a glass and enjoy!

Now you have a different and delicious option for breakfast.
